Annual prepayment is two months free — paying twelve months up front brings Essential to $12.50, Professional to $18.33 and Enterprise to $26.67 per camera per month.
Why Essential uses motion retention. Thirty days of motion-triggered recording captures what you actually review, without paying to store thirty days of an empty parking lot. Most sites find it is the right plan — and you can move a single camera to continuous retention at any time.
Every tier includes the Standard quality band — 1080p H.265 at 10–15 fps, the configuration most surveillance cameras ship in. Sharper or faster cameras store more, and the price for that is published below, not discovered on an invoice.
Storage cost is bitrate multiplied by days kept, so quality is priced per camera, per band — openly, instead of absorbed quietly into everyone's rate. Most sites should run Standard.

The uplift is charged per additional Mbps above the included 1 Mbps, per camera per month — and it rises with retention, because a bigger stream kept longer is exactly that much more storage:

Reading this table well will save you money. A 4K camera on Essential is $45 per month all-in; the same camera on Enterprise 90-day continuous is $307. High-resolution cameras belong on short continuous retention with motion-triggered long retention — we will help you configure exactly that.
Bitrate is measured as a trailing 30-day average per camera, so the short peaks variable-bitrate encoders produce during motion never push a camera into a higher band. You choose the band per camera, not per account.

Perpetual licenses carry 20% annual maintenance from year two. Cloud costs are yours and go straight to Google — no markup passes through us, because we never touch that bill.
This is the part worth reading twice. Platform licenses in this market are commonly sold with a minimum order in the thousands of cameras, which prices out every integrator who is not already large. We do not have one. A hundred-camera business pays for a hundred cameras.
Analytics cost real compute, so each one is a per-camera switch rather than a blanket setting. Enable them on the cameras that earn their keep.

A body camera is billed on the same plan at the same rate as a fixed camera — $15, $22 or $32 by retention tier, with no separate device fee and no premium. The one difference: the quality bands do not apply. A body camera records in episodes rather than continuously, so a sustained-bitrate cap is the wrong control — record at whatever quality your policy or your evidence rules require, with no uplift charged. Instead, body cameras carry a fair-use allowance of 150 recorded hours per device per month, which covers a full shift pattern with room to spare.
Built for cases that end up in front of a court, a regulator or an insurer: tamper-evident hash-chained audit logs, SHA-256 fingerprints with signed manifests, case files under your own case numbers, statutory retention categories with signed deletion certificates, legal holds that override the retention clock, two-administrator deletion, redaction that never touches the original, and audited share links for discovery. Custody exports verify offline — no account with us required.

Priced per organization because every case you build uses the same capability — your band is set by your active camera count, and the rate per camera falls steeply as your fleet grows.
Agency onboarding is $1,500 one-time: retention-schedule configuration, your case-number format, and a walkthrough of validating a custody export. Technical controls are CJIS-aligned; agency compliance is completed through a Security Addendum.
Billing rules written to be checked, not taken on faith — your portal shows the running numbers all month, so the invoice never contains a figure you have not already seen.
A camera is active from the moment it is provisioned until it is removed. You are billed monthly, after the month, net 30.
The billable count is the highest number of cameras active at any one time during the month — not prorated. A camera added on the 25th counts for that month; one removed stops counting the following month. Provisioning at the start of a cycle costs you less.
Your portal shows the running count and each camera's measured bitrate for the current month — the exact basis of the next invoice, visible the whole time it accrues.

No. Any ONVIF or RTSP camera works, including the ones already on your walls. There is no hardware you must buy from us — and with the Axis camera app, often no gateway either.
Recording continues at the edge and backfills when the link returns. The timeline shows exactly which seconds are recorded, uploading, unknown or missing, instead of painting the gap green.
Month to month, or annual for two months free. Fees are fixed for three years. If you leave, your footage is yours to export.
Nothing structural. Start hosted and move to your own cloud when you are ready, or the other way round. It is the same platform either side.
Not for hosted — self-service onboarding is free, and hands-on provisioning is an optional $25–$50 per camera (waived at 100+). White-label branding and standing the platform up inside your own cloud are quoted per project, because that work genuinely differs. You will have the number before you commit to anything.
None. Add as many users, sites and simultaneous viewers as you like. The camera is the only thing we count.

Deploying in your own Google Cloud drops platform licensing to published rates between $4 and $1.75 per camera per month at scale, plus your own infrastructure costs. Platform License cloud infrastructure is billed to you by Google, not by us. Volume, multi-year and partner terms are available under a partner agreement. A written quotation is valid for 30 days from its date; service is provided under a written agreement.
